Founded in the early 2000s, the organization is known for the quality of its products, meticulous finishes, aesthetic appeal, and highly personalized customer service. These elements have helped build a loyal client base that accounts for nearly 90% of its revenue.

Objective of the approach


The objective was to bridge the gap between traditional HR tools and social media integration in order to build a candidate pipeline. The process also aimed to equip the company with a strong employer brand strategy, an internal policy on social media use, and best practices to support the HR team in their communications.
