Context
This case study outlines the support provided to a provincial coalition working in public health awareness and prevention. Active for several decades, the organization leads a network of partners by promoting the sharing of resources, expertise, and best practices.
It also coordinates a large-scale annual campaign launched during a well-established awareness week to raise public consciousness about a key social issue. The campaign is supported by partner organizations, regional branches, and various collaborators.
Wishing to extend the impact of the initiative beyond its peak period, while improving internal coordination and tool consistency, the organization mandated Maïeutyk to structure a sustainable, interconnected, and operationally realistic mobilization strategy.
Symptoms
- Lack of a continuous follow-up process, limiting organizational efficiency
- Need to automate certain activities to support the current campaign while preparing for the following one
- Low interconnectivity between tools and communication actions
- Difficulty extending the campaign’s reach and impact without increasing workload
Objective of the approach
To extend the life of the annual theme beyond launch week by better supporting regional branches and partners (formal and informal).
