A sector-based organization operating in the agri-food industry wanted to revisit its strategic directions with a focus on growth and increased collaboration. To support this initiative, it mandated Maïeutyk to support a structured strategic planning process for a three-year period.
Symptoms
The organization aimed to structure a three-year strategic planning process in order to:
- Define a clear vision
- Establish shared strategic directions
- Align development and collaboration efforts for the coming years
Objective of the Approach
To be supported in a strategic reflection aimed at building a shared vision and actionable priorities for the next three years. As part of this support, Maïeutyk began by conducting a full diagnostic of the organization to create a complete and up-to-date picture. This was followed by interviews with various internal and external stakeholders, leading to the development of a three-year strategic plan.
